They're making it for TA, it's "coming soon", if you had read a bit before posting. You have to register, I'd guess, because 1- The file is too large for the library here. 2- They want their own space to monitor feedback and other responses, while having control over spam and unneeded garbage posts. 3- Because they hate you.
That's all a giant guess though, as it seems fairly common sense to me. Minus the hating you part. I hate most people, especially on the internet, so I'm a bit biased.
