I got a few of interface suggestions which imho are pretty easy to implement and will add to game-play.
-ability to drag and drop ships between fleets in empire tree window
-add numbers and/or names to fleets and ability to rename fleets (colors are nice but often hard to tell apart)
-ability to make subgroups inside fleets with separate attack distance, group distance option (e.g I want to order carriers to stay tight and do not attack, while I might let my cannon fodder frigs roam around and attack anything in site).
Maybe something else but the purpose is to reduce the annoying micromanagement of mixed fleets. So far I basically resort to having multiple fleets with different roles (e.g. carrier fleet, frig fleet, etc) and one of the problems with that approach is that wrong ships join wrong fleets(auto join is on by default and when I sent ships to destination with 2 fleets they join at random) .
And fix:
-fix the group movement thing.- sometimes ships inexplicably go back and forth jumping in lane separately from the fleet (with group movement on). -worst case is when the first bunch of ships jumps back as soon as they arrive to destination,while the rest of the fleet is in lane on route already. I cant pinpoint to why it is happening but it is very frustrating as traveling in lane can take a LOOOOOONg time
