Currently the whole problems regarding LRM friagetes and spamming can be resolved by introducing a new anti-light damage ship (frigate sized) as obviously using scouts to combat LRM frigates just seems wrong.

Introducing a new ship will obviously require work from IC but it seems essential that this new ship gets put into the game to help even up the game, as of right now there is nothing that effecively counter LRM or illum spam a new ship would solve this problem.
