We're in QA right now. There are 3 absolute must features that we have to make sure are working well (the rest is gravy) 1) Updated/Smarter AI. 2) AI players replacing dropped players. 3) AI surrendering when its cause is hopeless.
There are other things in the works for future updates (improved multiplayer networking support, ironclad online updates, tweaks to units, etc.). But the 3 above we consider essential.
