Remove UI

Sorry if the n00bosity of this question is through the roof, but I can't figure out the hotkey or button that removes the UI for taking screenshots.  I tried to search this forum, but "remove UI" yielded nothing, and "UI" yielded pretty much every post.

The best you can do is cinematic mode, which takes away something like 20 feature to make it look pretty, but the empire tree and important stuff will remain behind. Sorry.

It's Control-Shift-Z to hide the entire UI.
