What you are all failing to realize is that the world revolves around Eliah1 .If he did not recieve what he expected it does not exist and no one else can possibly have it! Therefore Stardock has failed us all - the apocalypse is nigh!


Why do people whine, cry and bash a company before they try to contact the company in question? Maybe because they love drama? I just don't get it, probably because I'm only a figment of some one elses imagination ...

S*** happens, and it happened to fall on you.

I ordered the CE through stardock and got everything that was promised. You are the FIRST person i have heard of that received the retail instead of the CE (when you ordered the CE).

Another person had bought (from a store) Sins where the serial number was missing, so like a rational human being he hopped on here asking what to do. Some suggested returning to the store where he bought the game and ask for a exchange, turns out that the store opens the boxes before putting them on display and the sticker the serial number was on fell off and was found on the floor by a employee and given to said customer. Happy ending.

Enough people have already stated what i think of you.

If you got a box that said CE, then use the key on stardock central. You can download all the music, charts, and other stuff.

Even I Stardock sends me the 'missing content', it will again cost $15 to get it passed customs.

Me too man. when the game turned up the delivery guy said that will be £16.50 please. I was like you what I already paid via card over the internet? Vat and import tax he replied. What a rip off I replied!! I have ended up paying in excess of £46 for this game. I'm just glad it is such an awesome game!! Company's need to make the customer aware they will have to pay import tax on purchases from the United States.

yeah you should email them or the company you bought it from first before griping.

personally i just got the regular edition in retail, the CE just didnt add that much more in my opinion

I bought the collectors edition, minus my problems with getting the mycolors theme to work... No complaints at all having it shipped to me.

If you had to pay an additional 30 bucks, why didn't you just go for the directdl option? lol.

@EnglishAl68 - That sucks bigtime. I'll have to remember that for future purchases. Man I'm glad I bought by digital d/l (£16.95 it cost me in July 07 ... pre-order, Beta2).

What are you on about? I live in Europe and didnt have to pay a penny extra for customs.

At least the dvd itself is not missing, then you have something to be pissed about wouldn't you?

Act civil, contact Stardock.

Stardock isn't a fraud company, I live in Australia and i got my CE Edition.

Don't blame the company, or for that matter the USA... take it up with your government, they control that sort of thing. Now you know how I felt every time I had to order rare mini's from the UK games-workshop site
