Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I didnt know where to put it. Mods feel free to move or delete this if you can pass it on to whoever is appropriate.
I recieved the Stardock Questionaire this morning.
In question 11, it gives options that I've never heard of and then demands you select one.
In question 12, it asks if you use something I've not heard of to select an option, and then demands you select one regardless of the fact I've never heard of it, far less used it.
The questionaire wont advance because I cannot answer these 2 questions, and I am unwilling to answer them with something thats false just to get past them.
I emailed back to the sending address about this and it bounced with a "Quota Full" error, indicating that quite possibly, there are thousands of people out there with a similar problem all asking the same question.
Please put a "Dont use any" answer on question 11, or even a "Never heard of these" answer.
Please put a "I dont use this" or "I dont know what this is" answer on question 12.
If people just select one randomly to get through, the results will be garbage and misleading.
As a pointer to building questionaires, there should always be a "Dont know"/"I've never heard of it"/"I dont use it" option on specific questions, or allow them to not be answered with the assumption that no answer means its not used.
Also, I have to express some minor annoyance that Australia was not listed as a country specifically. The only close answer is "Asia (other)" and Australians as a rule do NOT consider us to be part of Asia.
