Dude, you haven't been to Central Oregon. East side of the Cascades, in a  rain shadow, so most of the rain hits the Coast and the Valley, but not here. Should visit sometime

  ImStein, I lived in Bend Oregon.  Loved Bend but hated the people as I'am a born and raised Californian and 99% of Oregonians hate Californians.  But I live in Texas since 1989.

How long ago...been in Bend for 18 years....and the only reason we don't care for most Californian's is because they bitch about the cold! LOL.....But, if I weren't so poor, I would move, cause it is way too expensive to live. Damn resort town.
