I agree that IC and SD are doing a very good job (except caring to post news once every two seasons) and Sins is a great game.
But, as the SD's CEO
said - don't be a fanboy.
Perhaps in the future others will follow your example *cough* blizzard, *cough*
Blizzard doesn't charge overly for its games nor their expansions. Entrenchment was $10 cause it still doesn't have a campaign, it gave us 1SB/race , mines and some new research. While I do agree the price is very good, it is appropriate to the content. Blizzard has the money, has the huge milk cow of dollars (wow) and can take its time forever when making games and does it right. When something costs $30 and has Blizzard on it, then you can be sure it is a high quality product worth every stupid cent of its price and that it matches all reviews found on the web (and is not a flawed, bugged and imbalanced piece of shit like Empire Total War for example).
Those games are also available digitally. Go to blizzard.com and click
store.
So, summing it up:
Yay for IC&SD for a good game.
Yay for the micro expanion idea.
Yay for not selling a $10 worth expansion for $40 like THW did with Tales of Valor.
Nay for being a fanboy.
