Everytime I browse the Stardock forums (Sins in this instance) the experience is very slow. At first I thought it was the connection hops between the host and my computer but then I used the forum in Impulse and it was fast.

I'm thinking that the site doesn't allow caching of the images used in the forum (or the whole site for that matter) and that is why everything takes so long. I ran a quick test and it seems that only the body.bg.jpg and button.createpost.png images are cached with all the others being loaded fresh every single time. Surely fixing this will save Stardock a heap of bandwidth and make the the rest of us happy with the improved performance.

I tend to avoid coming to the Sins and GalCiv sites because of the page loading delays.
