1) The Vetaron Confederacy is somewhat of a democracy. I have little to no internal conflict and my population has an immense amount of Civil Rights (due to the fact that most of the population is of Hispanic/African American Decent). Truely we have the most when it comes to Cybernetics being the First race anywhere to use fully sentient AI in normal life. In terms of GP, we have come a long way from our days on earth, capable of switching our vast commercial infastructure to full military production within 24 hours. This fact alone means that we can outproduce ANYONE with relatively powerful ships and Specialised variants. Veraton confederacy is Mainly Human, but we absolutely HATE the UGA

2) Quasi-Space. Quasi Space is a realm where time is literally at a standstill. Because of this fact, ships travelling within Quasi-Space travel to any spot in space Instantly regardless of Distance. There are ways to slow Quasi-Space travel, but it requires Laborious undertakings and constant updates, of which the technology has to be replaced within about a solar day.

3)Atlantians: They are what you would consider "The GODS" they rarely travel from their new home and only interfere in this dimension if it is in their favor. Inglorius Bastards all, the last time they were in our galaxy was about 300 years ago when they took back one of their warships that was left behind. No Contact has been made since....

ok because i feel obliged to answer each of blunted's technical descriptions of his race with one of mine heres the basic premise of the UGA.

1) The UGA is a bio-technocracy. Most of the citizens of the UGA are enhanced humans all of whom have basic telepathy which allows them to operate -when necessary- under a hive mind. There are some alternate varieties of humanity living under the flag of the UGA - Most notibly the Atlantis R&D colony of Homo Aquaticus and the Vegas ship manufacturing colony of Homo Stabilican.  These were the first atempts at forced evolution of the human race into a race specialized for certain environments and tasks. We do not have a need for any actual mechanical robots due to mass cloning efforts to supply a work force for all necessary elements of a stable society.

2) Omega Space-- Only known area of space that naturally occuring Psuedo-Plasmas occur. Additionally time passes at a near stand still and in some cases backwards. In these events we can actually send a fleet to a location before it is needed. Research is still ongoing to see if there is any posibility of another level of hyperspace, code named Tau-space, where time does indeed travel backwards at all times. In the event such a space is found there is no way to disrupt the drives of any ship entering it, as they will be traveling to a point prior to the deployment of the disruptor.

This is not to be confused with an invasion of the timewights sphere of influence.

3) Organic Shipping. While only in their early stages these ships tend to be a bio-organic hull that is resistant to kinetic impact and missle strikes, grown on a framework of an alloy called neurochromium, an alloy of monochromium, polychromium, and vibratum. This alloy superconducts and exerts an ECM field and a quasi-spatial disruption.

Future versions of this type of ship will include ships with brains, similar to old cylon raiders from the early 21st century Battlestar Galactica, that can be controlled from a distance or by an onboard crew via telepathic interface. In addition the properties of neurochromium will be bred into the superflesh, allowing it to modulate shielding as needed.

Because of the completely organic nature of these future ships they will be able to be flash-cloned just as our workforce is now.

The introduction of new regions of space, together with the already existing multiverse, is going to make things complicated. I'm still thinking about the Atlantian dimension, however I can add the three new realms to the already existing Celestial Realm and Shadow Realm. The Atlantians can take their place among the many god races, but strictly speaking cannot be a god race unless they have created a mortal race, and were in the Ark's grace in the beginning.

Shadow Realm

The Shadow Realm is presently the realm of mortals and banished gods. In it's original form, it was a realm of eternal torture, created to torment the god races for their unpardonable sins. However the Ucori, with their last shred of divinity, transformed this realm into the world we know today, which is neither evil nor good.

The Undying.

The Timewights follow a policy of isolation in Segen, instead leaving mortals to deal with their own ambitions. Now that Earth-3 has been invaded by the Zegar, most Timewights are occupied, but I may be able to pull some from the front.

It's not looking good out there in the war. The Zegar are invading Earth-3, forcing us onto the defensive, which we're losing. Earth-4 and Earth-6 are also under threat of attack, and in the event of an invasion, we won't be able to defend both of them. As of now, Earth-1 is too far away to be attacked.

The Othniel Consortium is actually a splinter faction of the Saiv Empire, with interests only in recovering the failed Imperial invasion. Your description matches the Saiv Empire proper, rather than the Consortium. Anyhow, I thought multiversal travel was restricted due to time-space continuum stability fears? Normally, you would have hunted by Dematriatronians, but I've managed to stay their hand this time. BTW, it's the Aradian Empire.

The Evil Conservatives have managed to construct an entire artificial country right under the nose of the Flaming Ninjas, and are now preparing to attack the Flaming Ninja capital, (put name here). Their motives are clear: to index the universe for quick reference, an act which will surely cause the demise of the exploration industry.

I may also send out a few sorties that you can attack without fear of retaliation. The moment you attack my fortress will be taken as a declaration of war, which I'll give you some lease on to start with until you have a firm grip of the game.

A tiny bit of FN tech: The Flaming Ninjas, instead of typical hyperspace drives use a gateway drive. Gateway drives differ from hyperspace drives in one major respect: Hyperspace drives, including tau space drives merely pull away another layer of reality into another dimension. Gateway drives, on the other hand, create a portal to Earth-6 which is an entirely different reality.
