Suggestion: Mine Sweeper

Hi,

Recently I have been playing FFA with CPU. I found that terran tend to turtle with the proximity mines upgrade with the starbase fully upgraded just after you wrap in. 

 

I used it on others as well and it's quite fun. But then I think this need to be countered with. 

My suggestion is to upgrade the scouts ships with some ways to nullitified the mines.

Scout already do that. They have an ability to let you target and destroy mines. A few scouts plus flak or SC can clear a mine field.

It's not perfect though.  I had a group of 5 scouts plow right through a minefield.  The only mines they destroyed were the mines they hit.
