Very easily- mice can jump vertically more than 12 inches (depending on their size). That was a huge mouse, so I'm sure she could easily just jump right out.

As for litter size, the record I know of from a research facility was a mouse that had 32 babys in one litter. but that was an inbred strain, not a wild, but litters of up to ten are common.
Gestation in a mouse is three weeks (21 days), after that its three weeks until they wean themselves, and three weeks after that that they are fertile - so thats a new generation born every twelve weeks or three months, but in that time mouse 1 has had a total of 4 litters......
But as long as you only have ONE mouse, your fine. and that guy looked like a male from your vid.
