Basically, a simple raise in caps- a doubling of the cap granted per every research. So instead of +1 caps for one research, I'd like +2 caps, or +400 supply instead of +200, and so on. No changes whatsoever to the fleet maintainence- I want to keep it as is, like 75% at the end.
About the cap ships themselves, any simple mods that doubles their stats across the board? Double hull, shield, weapons, antimatter, etc? Also, is there a mod that raises the limit of starbases per planet from 1 to 2? This is mainly to give a proportional increase to the double stats cap ship mod, or the 32 cap ship cap mod.
I only want this double stats (for cap ships) mod so I can fight off those pirates who have 50 armor, 90 weapons, 7000 hull, double range, 140% increase in firing rates, etc. The double unit cap mod is so I can effectively play on huge maps and be able to defend my empire especially if it spans 2 or 3 stars.
