I was having this issue via Impulse, ever since 2 Impulse Updates ago. Started having connection issues, but only in Impulse. Not running any FW software or AV software, and I would intermittently get this issue - while checking out always causes this issue (2 purchases since that update). The checkout would succeed, but I would never receive the receipt screen. I just manually refreshed my game screen, and it was good. Re-installed between 1st and 2nd purchase, and still had the problem. For more info, see my thread in the Impulse forum.
