Just give them some time.
They try to fix those things. I am furstrated also to say the truth, but is not like they are not trying.
Their major crashes are usually caused by the save/load process of the game.
In previous version it was the game usually crashing while you were saving or usually while the 3rd turn autosave came up.
Now on this version it seems the saving is fixed, but now there is a problem they seemed to missed while loading the save ^^
I mean when you load if you had a previous game in the background, it seems that it doesnt empty the memory even if you choose "yes" in the dialog "all unsaved changes will be lost" thing and causes the game to go out of memory again and crash, which will need a game restart for each time you load.
So previous version was having saving crashes. This one has loading crashes and in very very late game it seems that it gets too heavy for some reason, which was supposed not to with the threads thing. seems like too many caravans takes a tool on the system or something
