While there are so many to choose from and each are a masterpiece in their own right, I find that Flex Color by i-Umami has been my favorite since it was released.

There is also a Holiday version of the skin availible at the following link...Holidays by i-Umami

Trident on my desktop, Alluminate on my laptop and netbook.  

I like using RightClick on my smaller displays, so stick to skins that have matching RightClick skins. 

I'm looking forward to Treetog's Corporate Suite (I hope it is for public release by Stardock), but it seems that there are lots of great skins in the works right now.
