I didn't see any mention of WindowBlinds or Fences.
True, but neither Fences nor WindowBlinds are 'launchers and docks'. Fences is a really good organizer, original in what it does *and* it occupies the first position in the Desktop Customization area, so it really should have been mentioned in some other section of that article. WindowBlinds is a classic, so 'nuff said. 
Cnet has three docks occupying the top positions: ObjectDock, Nexus and RocketDock. ObjectDock is a very good dock, obviously still alive and kicking and more than deserved being mentioned, but RocketDock, although also a very good dock, is already showing it's age - and development on it stopped completely four years ago.
I just find it odd that, having made a specific section for launchers and docks in that article, they choose to mention a dock that hasn't been updated in over four years instead of one that is newer (but already got to 1 million downloads), is in active development, is #3 in ranking, and owes nothing to RocketDock in terms of user and editor reviews.
They must have had their reasons, but to me it doesn't make sense (I might be a bit biased over this, though, eheh)... at the very least they should have mentioned all three docks.
There is one thing I'm sure: whatever their reasons, it had nothing to do with the quality of Nexus itself.
