Modding Experimental Weapons

For a game type I am creating, I wanted to change the limit for the amount of super weapons (Novalith, Deliverance, Kostura). I searched, but was unable to find the location of this in the game files to mod it. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

There are actually two lines for it, and I seem to remember having a problem finding them too (they didn't have superweapon in the name), so I think I just searched for " 4", since that is one of the default values. I think they're fairly close to the top of the file.

The "code word" for superweapon is "cannon"....search for the word "cannon" and you'll find what you want I think...the lines are near the top of the file, shouldn't have to look far...
