I think as TEC Rebel, you've got considerably more options. Their Titan does well against enemy Titans. It may be one of the few instances that it is worth deploying Kols - to engage enemy Titans. I'd agree that Dunov would work well.
Snipe and scatter shot for -8 armor (I think it works on titans) definitely helps. Just beware human players will try to flank your Ragnarov to avoid its abilities.

Honestly I find the Marza does better in almost all cases, even if they aren't as good against a single titan, they'll destroy the enemy fleet extremely quickly making killing the titan much easier.
Progenitor for Malice (not so much to kill the Titan as the ships around it) and to res lost capital ships
I always view Progens as healing ships first an foremost, Malice is just an extra goodie if you happen to have more antimatter than you need.
Rapture for a combination of the abilities plus to MC enemy support ships (esp Overseers)
The Rapture is fun and can be extremely powerful if you're relying on carriers thanks to its passive, but honestly even mine control isn't all the impressive (especially if your Advent Loyalists, your titan is much better at stealing frigates). I would build more than 1, and even then only if you really like the ship.
Is it worth bringing a Radiance to help soak up the incoming damage?
No, but you still want a Radiance for detonate antimatter. Like the Dunov for the TEC, it is the only Advent ship that can drain titan antimatter.
Advent have it tough late game vs Vasari
Everyone hates the VL titan, but no disagreements here.
