How do i install Galaxy Forge for Rebellion?

I would like to make my own maps but i dont know where to find galaxy forge for rebellion so i can download it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

but the rebellion HAS galaxyforge inside the galaxyforge folder beside the rebellion exe
