When upgrading an existing ship, say a scout, to a more advanced ship (a newer scout), I may not want to upgrade to a ship with less speed, or less sensor range, or less range, but with the information currently displayed about the upgrade choices I have no information to make such a decision. Can the tool tip display more information about the newer ships capabilities?
