I think it'd be great if the offworld market button was always available so you could click it to check all the prices at the same time at any point in the game. You wouldn't be able to schedule a launch until after you had built the first launch-pad, of course. I know you can hover over the individual resources to see their offworld price, but as the UI is often laggy, this can take too long to do when the first 30 seconds after plopping your HQ are critical for grabbing the best claims and plotting long-term strategy.

While we're on the subject, is there a rhyme or reason to how offworld market prices are pre-determined? Is it always random, or does the game take into account the amount of resources on the map when the game starts?
