Not seeing them myself, if this is in the latest build (opt-in beta 6) I would recommend creating a screen shot of this and posting in the forum/ possibly creating a support ticket.
How to post a screen shot?
Press Print Screen on the keyboard (in game)
Open MS Paint and paste in there.
Save image (you could always use the MS paint tools to identify what your seeing if it's only in a small area of the screen or, crop the image to the section.)
Go to a free image hosting website, I use http://postimage.org/
Upload your image and copy the direct link to your image.
Click on the image link in the options above and place the location of your image in the correct field. (naming your image is optional)

How to create a support ticket?
For support where examining saves is required, names of ships, planets and starbases, etc, are extremely helpful in their attempts to reproduce the issue.
