Zultar (wells) is acquiring shares of Burroughs. Suddenly Burroughs teammate Ellison acquires Herbert which triggers an 8 second cooldown where nobody can buy Burroughs stock. Why does that happen? Ellison go the buy on Herbert but Burroughs got the cooldown.
It seem if Zultar had more cash and was 1 more share from buying Burroughs this would've been a bigger deal.
