Graphical Bug

what i saw

played a 2 v 2 with a friend online about 20 minutes into the game this happened. It went away a little when i scrolled in close to the terrain but not by much.

GTX 780 3GB graphics card with an up to date driver
Windows 8.1
16 GB of Ram

Can you download and run the tool below:
