Thought you guys should see this replay from last night with me, hydro, PB, and dermas. Dermas dives into almost $500k in debt and has a $0 value base price and yet his stock never goes down the entire game. He ends with almost $1m in debt and his stock price is still escalating. Zultar had a similar experience on his stream yesterday. Stock price entirely propped up by owning other people but very low base price thus making them immune to debt.
Crazy game to witness. We kept waiting for him to debt dive (which he should've in our opinion). The interest accrued at 6am added almost $300k to his debt and yet share price still went up.
I don't know how to post the replay files on here but I saved it off if anyone wants it. If so let me know how to send it to you.
The big issue is that because subsidiaries get their debt wiped the stock price of all subsidiaries will always increase thus propping up the main player and making him immune to the effects of debt on his own share price. I think this needs addressing somehow. At the moment a winning strategy would be to ignore debt entirely to make cash and buying as many shares into people that turn into subsidiaries. If you see someone dying grab a share or two. Your share price will increase and you'll never death spiral.
