So! As I've mentioned in the past, I've been working on a mod that rehashes the racial abilities. I decided to postpone it until Mercs came out, and now that its here, I've wrapped it up and released on Nexus:

What does it do? Combines the various racial abilities together to make more powerful choices. I tried to balance it as much as I could. For example, I combined Discreet and Scavengers into a new singular ability called "Scoundrels".

One side effect, the Coercion ability disappeared and I haven't figured out how to bring it back, however, I consider this to be the least flavorful ability, and its known that it will eventually morph into part of the greater governance system anyways, so no big loss in my opinion.
