The following are all greyed out:
Power regulator, Orbital Fabricator, Energy Projector, Weapons Lab and Orbital Command.
I am missing something! Hopefully once I get one the others will fall into place.
If you put your mouse over them it should tell you their prerequisite I think.
Probably need a Quantum Array?
I think this must have beena game issue as after the recent update I can now build all the structures without a problem.
