My experiences are based on the Tutorial Mission and the Benchmark.
In short; the game has some very aggressive microstutter and an FPS that consistently stays below what common sense would dictate. It doesn't appear to matter much whether the game is displaying a crowded clash between a screen full of figures in the Benchmark, or a single structure and an Engineer in the Tutorial Mission - the game generally hangs around 40 FPS, with a particularly aggressive microstutter that makes movement look excessively jerky and unpleasant.
The game is played on a single monitor with all graphical features maxed-out save VSYNC, (disabled.), and is being run in DX12-mode with SLI enabled.
