I have a suggestion for the upcoming third faction if there are gonna be one. Please read it and be inspired.

i am just throwing an idea out.

 (a very logic yet reasonable idea for a third faction, a bit sci fi in the due to the singularity part.)

Due to pollution on earth and its past history, this became the main reason for this faction creations and thus in turn it shaped their ideal.

Scenario:

Humans becomes bio-engineering beings by using their own body full of bio-cells along with nanomachines cells, to create and replicate natures own creations on earth. But due to the leap of the singularity, these humans can create a eden out of a unhospital place using their own body as a medium to create and grow any materials they need, because of this, it allows them to surpass nature own designs and laws (due to singularity).

By just by using their own bio-cells along with Nano-cells to create new materials reusing natures own principals in terms of bio-engineering but also bypass them.

What is it used for?:

For exsample: a chemical producing tree, that is linked to the hosts body and mind allowing them to use natures own facilitys

(such as CO2, water-O2,) even make plants with acid and cloning animels,  that can live in these bio enginnerd gardens (even give them intelligens due to modifications) (Make a reserve body for your self, in case you die or make a huge bio suit in any form that uses chemicals as a source of fuel 

(even the suns own energy) that permits bio cells, to become a living weapon that can rival any higetech weapon.

bio cells are used along with advance nanotech allowing them to gain immortality and spread their bio cells in a different way in structure forms, that allows them to operate as a facility or even a base of operation. (by using the ground as a network to spread and construct any ideal form or function witihn it.)

(due to focus on heavy biotechnology), they are capable of shaping the very land around them self making them almost an avatar of nature itself.

in terms of goal ? does this faction have:

Their goals, is to supasse natures own inflexible weakness (such as lifespan and sustainability) and experiment with barren worlds in space, by turning them into planetary edens, allowing them to grow their culture, and create new possible lifeforms with high intelligens (such as humans, they are trying to make intelligent lifeforms with their singularity in bio tech)  

(this is what makes them different in terms of idelogy and their technology is now surpassing natures own restrictions.)

Apparance:

they have a refined, hige tech form in infrastructures and in their new biological forms uses, (bio solar cells to sustain them self with great efficiency),

Imagine if a human could solely live and survive with just the the suns energy alone! on any planet its that type of scenario that allows for impossible adaption to lifeless areas or planets by unusable, naturaly means.

basic idea of what they are:

its an  idea i have for a third faction that uses nature as a tool, but also a teacher. But due to the singularity events they can become planet shapers by using turinium to terraform a whole world and make it as habital as earth and diverse them into jungels or ocean like worlds even artic and barren. 

In order to create their own experimental eden in the universe, and do so in a way that nature cant compete with them anymore.
