Seed! Seed! Seed!

So we did some testing, Insync and me. We tried a game with the same seed and configurations and he got the achievement. So I don't know why I didn't.

It might be because in the original game someone took one of my geos with a mutiny and I completed the triangle by taking it back?

I review the replay, someone mutinied the third geo when it was under construction and I took it back with another mutiny 1 second after the construction finished. So I didn't get the achievement because I didn't finish the third one, it was under control of another player when it happened.
