"Amazing" is a product of pixel density versus viewing distance. If you buy a 64 inch 4k tv and sit it two feet away from you, it will just be four 32 inch 1080p monitors, fidelity wise. If you buy a 32 inch 4k monitor, it would instead have four times the resolution and you'd have "amazing" clarity.
If you want a finer picture, you simply need a higher density display. I'm typing this on a 27 inch2560x1440 Acer K272HUL, it's an IPS, and it looks pretty good. I'm in need of more real estate more than higher fidelity, so I'm waiting for 32 inch 4k ips/pls monitors with good color to be less insanely priced.
