Sure, which does me no good now considering the whole reason I lost it in the first place was an unexpected hardware failure. If it had been make clear that past versions would not be available and this was more or less a subscription service like Sony's PSN Plus's free games I'd have probably uploaded them to google drive or something, but it was not.
No where do they specify this, just that you won't get any new versions past the year you paid for, which is how many other companies do things -- but they do at least allow you to re-download the software you paid for.
But it's fine, whatever. I learned my lesson the hard way,
