[MOD] GC3 Crusade Administrator Training Institute (append mod)

Feeling squeezed on administrators?  Enjoy your insane map games and can't stand the current limit on administrators that seems more appropriate for a tiny map?  Try this mod.

The mod adds a new improvement, the Administrator Training Institute,  that is colony unique, and unlocked by the Colonial Settlements tech (or Propagation tech for the Yor).  When built, it provides one new administrator to care for the colony.  The building itself provides some adjacency bonuses.

I have no problem with Admin on my own but many people going to like this mod.

I started a game yesterday after the patch and it is working for me.  Do you not see the improvement at all? What faction are you playing?

I tried the Korx and a custom that I usually play with neither showed the improvement.

If it is working for you I may have made a mistake installing. I will check on it tomorrow

Couldn't sleep so I went ahead and checked the installation. Saw no problem but reinstalled anyway. Training Institute did not show up.

I am running 3 other mods that work perfectly. None of my mod files would conflict with this.

Korx? They're not a Crusade faction.  Are these factions carried over from GC3 pre-Crusade and not converted in the Civ builder?

Also, have you researched Colonial Settlements?

I failed to notice that Colonial Settlements tech is required. It is working fine.

BTW, I meant Onyx not Korx
