Explosion Graphical Bug

Diagonal Pixel Glitch

Whenever theres a large explosion like a nexus blowing up I get these graphical glitches.

I have a GTX1080ti, Ryzen 1800x and 32gbs of RAM. I'm running with on windows10 d12x in 4k. All of my drivers are up todate and I have tweaked and changed the graphical options and nothing changed this glitch.

 

Here is the graphical preset I prefer to use:

I can repo. GTX 1070, Intel CPU, 'Crazy' graphics settings, Win10 DX12.

 

Overall this is not a big deal. I didn't even think it was a bug at all - I figured the explosion just overloaded the camera sensor from my satellite feed.

Same thing. Do you also notice a horrible drop in fps during this thing?
