Hello, first post ever here but I can't figure this out. I've played Galactic civilizations since it first came out. My question is how do you design ships in the game? on the main screen there used to be a "Design" button. No only place I see it is in the game main screen before you start the game. Is there no way to design a ship/your fleet when you are in the game? I'm really confused with the 2018 update on this. thanks for any direction.
