Anastasia Xu is supposed to use fuel for buildings but when playing as her in Campaign I still get a massive electricity draw that makes her impossible to play. Anyone else having this or know a fix?

OpenGL 4.1 ATI-1.68.20
I just checked, and Xu uses fuel unless electricity is cheaper.
