im sure this has all been explained here before but the search feature on the forums doesn't work and I cant find it.
how do you steal tech? ive had a spy gaining levels of access in a rival empire. my level is now ultra with them. I go to a planet in their empire and assign a spy to their capital hex (assigning the spy anywhere else will destroy the building I place it on I assume).
is my approach correct? do I just now wait for the spy to steal something or be caught?
