I enjoy playing 'Immense' galaxies, but find I quickly run out of access to administrators around 90. Following that I can not build any star-bases, survey ships, contractor ships, or ship to inhabit new planets.
Is there a fix for this?
Remember to promote your administrators, your get more admin points and free space for more administrators this way

There are also several techs that provide extra administration points

Train a citizen on a planet, create an administrator, raise to minister. You will have 10 administrators. The retired administrators do not count against the 10 administrator cap on civilization screen.
