I am stuck on turn 333? (May 28 2313). I have gone back to several saves, but none will proceed after the Iconian Refuge notice shows up at the bottom right of the screen (player currently moving) (I am the Yor).  Otherwise, bug free until this point. 

 Next day, after a fresh start of my PC I tried again and made it to turn 337, but this time I went to the diplomacy screen and declared war on Iconia and the game proceeded. But, I didn't wnat to go to war, so I went back to autosave and when the screen loaded, I quickly saw a message from Iconia flash by. They didn't like me trespassing, so I responded and the game continued.  (No war) Hopefully, this fixes the problem.
