When you assign a Leader to a Faction, does the Leader's traits (intelligence, Social, etc.) affect the benefits gained?  If so, how do you know which traits are most desirable for each faction?  Knowing this would help make good decisions on which Leader to assign to which Faction.

Hovering over the title bar of the Natural League faction does display a popup with a description of which traits the Natural League desires (first screen snapshot below), but none of the others do (rest of the screen snapshots).
