There is an interesting issue with showing resources being mined for starbases that have a core planet in their area of effect.  This issue only seems to occur when you are in the starbase management view and are scrolling through your starbases.  The issue is demonstrated in the first 2 screen snapshots below.  The first snapshot shows that Arcturus Starbase I is mining 3 Durantium sources and has Arcturus I in its area of effect.  The second screen snapshot shows the starbase management screen for Arcturus Starbase I that I arrived at by scrolling through my starbases.  As you can see, the Resources Being Mined section shows no resources, but it does show the Arcturus I planet in that section.  It also says that the only installed module is the Mining Starbase.  However, if I exit the screen, then select the Arcturus Starbase I by double-clicking on it, I get the correct display as shown in the third screen snapshot below.

I suspect there is an issue with how the starbase management screen is populated when to move to the next starbase by scrolling instead of by directly selecting it from the map.
