I colonized a Precursor world that had Precursor Satellites (first screen snapshot below). As I colonized it, a window popped-up asking me how I wanted to study the Precusor Sattelites. When I hovered over the first option (second screen snapshot below) a popup appeared showing what I would get for that option and it was very clear that the benefit would apply to ALL ships and ALL worlds. When I hovered over the third option (third screen snapshot below) it says "+ 20% research", but it does not say whether that benefit applies to all worlds or just this one world.
This is just one example of the vagueness of the text describing benefits and costs. For example, the text could say "+ 20% research on Trenor II" or "+ 20% research on all worlds. Please go through all of the text strings that are displayed for the purpose of helping a player make a decision and ask these questions:
- Is the scope of the benefit or cost clear? (i.e. just one ship or world, or all ships, all worlds, or all ships in a fleet)
- Is the effect of the benefit or cost clear? (i.e. is it clear what the resulting manufacturing/research/hit points/attack/etc. will be?
It is VERY annoying to be asked to choose among multiple options when the impact of each option is not clear.
