When you look at the popup that describes the Endless Emporium faction (first screen snapshot below), it says that you get:

1. a discount at the Galactic Bazaar based on the member's intelligence, and
2. an income bonus based on the member's diligence.

It also shows that the impact of the current members of the faction are:

1. +17.5% Bazaar Discount (this part is OK)
2. +3.3 % Crime to all our worlds to all their worlds
   1. How did an income bonus become an increase to crime?
   2. What does "Crime to all our worlds to all their worlds" mean?  Crime to all worlds in all civilizations?  You need to put your new English major to work on this!
