I just noticed a few oddities with a mining starbase I constructed and I was hoping someone could explain them to me.

The first screen snapshot shows a mining starbase that I constructed. Notice that it says that I get 1.2 Elerium and 0.2 Durantium from it. The second, third, and fourth screen snapshots show what I am getting from each of the resources that are being mined.

Question:  Why does the first Elerium resource provide 1, but the second Elerium resource and the Durantium resource only provide 0.2?

The fifth screen snapshot is from the starbase management screen for this starbase and it not only shows the above quantities, but it also shows the popup that appears when I hover over the Durantium resource (you cannot see my cursor, but it is hovering over the Durantium resource).  The popup does not appear to be relevant.

The sixth and seventh screen snapshots show the popups that appear when I hover over each of the 2 Elerium resources.  They also do not appear to be relevant.

Question:  Is there a popup that should be appearing when I hover over each of the resources and, if so, what should it show?  I suspect that there should not be a popup and the hover needs to be turned off since I cannot think of any additional information that would be relevant.
