I do not understand why one of my citizens says one of the negative components for it's approval rating is "You are at war with my species -20%" as shown in the first screen snapshot below.

The second screen snapshot shows that the citizen is an "Irradiated Nymph" which is what my custom civilization is as shown in the third screen snapshot below.

The fourth screen snapshot show that the only civilization that I have met and am at war with is the Krynn Syndicate.

Could the logic be getting confused because I have 2 citizens on a core world that only has a capacity of 1 (an event added 2 Xelosi to this world, one has disappeared)? None of my Irradiated citizens on any of my other core worlds has this issue.
