Is there a way to find out what's causing the insane repair rate on my enemy's structures?
Doing my first game against Unfair AI and make it to their home planet with my fleet. Not much of a defence, but there's a starbase that I get down to about half HP but then all of a sudden it's getting repaired at a rate faster than I can damage it, while my fleet slowly melts away.
