There is a mistake in the translation of some TEC units and buildings : I expect that the word "heavy" in "heavy cruiser" or "heavy factory" is badly translated into "puissant" (which would be "powerful"). The correct translation would be "lourd" ("croiseur lourd" for heavy cruiser, "usine lourde" for heavy factory).
