CheeseBurger (I Wish)

Looks like a Whopper to me.
Hopefully Bud, i used to Love A Great Big Whopper, Flame Grilled, Mustard and Mayo, But These Days With My Vascular Dementia I am Not Allowed This Kind Of Treat Anymore. Next Time You Eat One, Give A Little Thought To Old Naroon Please Bro.
After a quadruple bypass I am limited to an occasional double burger (the slider size) as My Cardiologist frowns on too much fat.
Cannot figure out why but have to obey.
I Feel Yor Pain Bud, Since My Vascular Parkinsonism Dementia Diagnosis, and there being very few working Drugs (Alzheimer's Has Loads), for me its all about Life Style. Before it i was 150KG, Muscular and i thought, i was built like a Tank (In A Good Way As I Was A Soldier and needed to Be Super Fit)Once that stopped, i had to drop nearly half my body Weight as i was no longer nearly as active, the new me sits at a desk all day. With Vascular Dementia Its All About Avoiding The Massive Stroke That Will finish me off, (Already had around 20 Mini Strokes, That's How I Was Diagnosed) So No Saturated Fat, No Sugar Or Anything That Will Put Weight On Me. What I Miss Most Is Sausage's, Tomato, Beef, Pork, I Loved Them All.
Good Luck To Both Of Us I Say gypsy.
